The perfect marriage of developer and designer.

Husband and wife team, Jerry and Tracy Turco, have been reviving neglected mid-century properties together since 2016 when they commenced work on the future Art Hotel in Palm Springs.

As a real estate developer, Jerry’s desire to invest in run down properties, pairs perfectly with designer Tracy’s love for returning the retro slendor to the interior and exterior spaces she works on.

Jerry delights in handing over these raw properties to his wife so she can begin weaving her magic, creating a total branded concept that encompasses everything from name and logo design, through to overseeing the construction itself while designing every large and small detail of the overall aesthetic. 

Jerry and Tracy’s combined love of nostalgia and preserving notable architecture of the past has led them to the securing, rejuvenating and designing of a number of unique boutique hotels from the mid-century era - including the Tiki and Cheetah Hotels, as well as other unique commercial, residential and hospitality-based spaces.
