A Vivid Vacation Masterpiece
Art Hotel • Palm Springs
At the start of 2020, Tracy Turco and real estate developer husband, Jerry, opened the Art Hotel, a lovingly restored, mid-century modern boutique hotel in the heart of Palm Springs, California.
The super colorful 8-room hotel features an art mural by famed New York City street artist, Damon Johnson, son of the New York Post's Page Six editor, Richard Johnson. Every exterior and interior detail, including the wallpaper, furnishings, bed linens, pillows and decor were handpicked or designed by Tracy.
Her signature modern retro style with pops of bold color are found within every room, including the brightly painted front doors in every color, vintage record players, iconic photos of music legends, and original artwork from local Palm Springs artists. As guests enter the hotel, they are transported to different eras through the hotel's polychromatic and playful communal spaces.
This much in demand boutique hotel is also walking distance to the famed Palm Springs Design District and its popular restaurants and shops.
